Small detailed tasks keep procrastination at bay
Procrastination is not apathy or laziness. It is more often than not a combination of feeling overwhelmed hence incapacitated for awhile.. this can feel challenging if it lasts but:
As a rule, I would say that if something (a project, a work, an idea, a word) is too big or too much initially to take in or take on, try and break it all down into small manageable tasks.
Break your tasks, your ideas, your project down to workable sizes and different angles.
Work from the parts towards the whole.
Make each part its own.
Forget about the rest, just make sure to enjoy where you are.
Bring it to some sort of completion before moving on to the next piece of your puzzle
Procrastination can also mean that you need to take a break and do sth else for awhile l
